Returns & Refunds
We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
We offer refunds or replacements if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or if you receive the wrong item or incorrect size due to our error.
If your item has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we may offer a repair or replacement.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection where the size ordered matches your order confirmation. Please refer to the size guide carefully before purchasing.
To request a return, please email hello@jodiedukes.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos (if applicable).
Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (unless faulty).
If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will cover return postage. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
