I don’t like to over complicate things, so for my first ever workout guide I have planned a two-week program that you will repeat for 6 weeks. Alternate Week 1 and Week 2 for 6 weeks.
You won’t find burpees, crab crawls, bench hops, jump squats, bunny bounds (I could
go on, but I’ll stop there) as I’m just not a fan of these exercises. I don’t like jumping
around and much prefer being stationed in the one spot during my workouts.
Throughout my fitness journey I have worked out what works well for me and what
exercises I enjoy that helps my workout routine stay maintainable. With that in mind you’ll find my workout guide comes with flexibility, diversity and some fun!
